Who we are
Aliash Property Solutions builds, renovates and maintains homes and commercial property. Its painting division, Aliash Coatings, handles interior and exterior painting, coatings and waterproofing.
The company is led by Managing Director Jeremiah Kalinda, and the photographs on this site are from our own jobs.

How we work
New paint over a leak or flaking plaster won’t last. Every job follows the same five steps.
We visit the property, find what is causing the problem — such as a leak or damp — and price the job. Site visits and quotes are free.
Floors, paving, furniture and fittings are covered with sheeting before work starts.
Flaking paint is scraped back, cracks and damaged plaster are patched, and surfaces are primed.
Ladders, tower scaffolds or full scaffolding, matched to the height of the building.
Coats applied with named-brand products such as Dulux and Medal, then the site is cleared.
On site
Our team works in Aliash overalls and hard hats, with the company name and number on the back.
Scaffolding, tower scaffolds and ladders are brought to suit the job, and the site is protected before work begins.
